November Greetings to us all!!!

I would like to say a very special thank you to all you parents for all of your help, cooperation, and understanding as we all work through the flu/swine flu symptoms of our students and staff alike. It is a challenging time as we decide by temperatures and other physical symptoms as to who needs to go home and who can stay.

Please be sure to send in the vaccination permission slips as soon as possible so that when we get our supplies your children can receive their vaccine. At this time, all school vaccination clinics are on hold. Notification of the date for the La Pine Middle School vaccines will be sent home (either flyer or automated phone system) as soon as we have a firm date.

Two major holidays in November:

We honor our Veterans Wednesday, November 11th.  Thanksgiving holidays with no school the week of November 23-27.

Enjoy the time with your family, and stay healthy as weenter these beautiful winter days ahead.
